Welcome to CrossFit Survival. Right now, we operate out-of-doors in a few of the area’s local parks. No matter, we offer the full gambit of CrossFit Strength and Conditioning Training—GYMNASTIC ELEMENTS: push ups, pull ups, sit ups, squats, lunges, bear crawls…; RUNNING—10Ks, 5Ks, sprints…;  POWER LIFTING—the deadlift, back squat, bench press and the OLYMPIC lifts as well—the Clean and Jerk and the Snatch.

If you haven’t yet experienced CrossFit, you’re in for the most intense workouts you’ve ever had. If you think you’re in good shape, prepare to be humbled. If you think you’re strong, you will be challenged to become stronger. If you know you’re weak, good—the only way to go is up. One thing is for sure, you’ll be pushed farther than you ever thought you could go--only to find out that you had it in you all along. With that comes the pride from having accomplished something you worked really hard for and true friendships forged from that victory. That’s what makes CrossFit so addictive and so successful.

But don’t be intimidated…really! Everyone starts at the level they are and the spirit of encouragement permeates the atmosphere. You will be pushed, taught, corrected and cheered all while building your strength and metabolic conditioning to levels you may have not thought possible for you—no matter what your age.
